The downtown association participates in several community events throughout the year.

Grant Assistance for Ferndale

The City of Ferndale has agreed to fund the Downtown Ferndale Business Revitalization Grant program through the Ferndale Downtown Association. This opportunity was made possible through federally distributed ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds the City received. $400,000 will be available to grant for both existing and incoming businesses that were impacted or delayed by Covid-19. In addition, $50,000 will go towards the Downtown Improvement Fund for physical and aesthetic improvements to the Downtown core.
