Grant Information

In 2022, the City of Ferndale agreed to fund the Downtown Ferndale Business Revitalization Grant program through the Ferndale Downtown Association.  This opportunity was made possible through federally distributed ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds.  $400,000 was available to grant for both existing and incoming businesses that were impacted or delayed by Covid-19.  In addition, $50,000 was made available for the Downtown Improvement Fund for physical and aesthetic improvements to the Downtown core. The Ferndale Downtown Association was able to distribute funds to many local Downtown businesses and we can see the impact this has had and there is more in the works!
