Grant Information

The City of Ferndale has agreed to fund the Downtown Ferndale Business Revitalization Grant program through the Ferndale Downtown Association. This opportunity was made possible through federally distributed ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act). $400,000 will be available to grant for both existing and incoming businesses that were impacted or delayed by Covid-19. In addition, $50,000 is available for the Downtown Improvement Fund for physical and aesthetic improvements to the Downtown core.

To be eligible for this grant, your business must be within the defined area. The Downtown Ferndale Business District area is defined as addresses along Ferndale’s Main Street from the BN Railroad Bridge to the East up to the Public Library to the West and the two city blocks North and two city blocks South of Main Street along that same East/West stretch.
